the Demon
Slayer
There is a tale queried by the differentiation between a bull and a cow. In the face of tempest, cows will turn to distance themselves. In contrast, a bull will charge to its confrontation. So too in cities of splendor. White walls encasing beautiful gardens, wherein maidens can live carefree, protected by their knights of shining armor, upon steeds of willowy mane. Each morning, the knights mount upon their steads. They ride throughout the Kingdom, their presence instilling peace and protection. To return every dusk, to frolic with and embrace the lovely maidens. Their sleep, comforted.
Yet, not all knights have armor that shines, nor mighty steeds of beauty. These knights do not in the evening, return to warm bosoms of comfort. They are the Knights of Light. They are those who wander beyond the Kingdoms border, feeling the darkness, to root out its core. 50 Shades of darkness veiling Light. They integrate themselves with those beyond the border. As beacons of light, they bring peace and comfort by removing shadows to those who seek. Empathic to the many, to these knights, no shadow is too dark. No shadow impenetrable. And wherein the shadows grow darkest, our knight finds its next confrontation. Venturing into the Valley of the Shadow of Death itself, he does not fear the darkness, for the Light that guides his way, his armor, is that of his Maiden the Feminine Divine.
